FIREARM STORAGE & ABANDONED PROPERTY POLICY

By leaving a firearm or other property with Delaware Tactical for transfer, repair, consignment, appraisal, storage, or any other service, the customer agrees to the following:

1. Customers will be notified when their firearm is available for pickup. Firearms not retrieved within sixty (60) days of notification shall be subject to a storage fee of $50.00 per month, or any portion thereof, until retrieved.
2. Storage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full prior to the release of the firearm or other property.
3. Delaware Tactical will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the contact information provided. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain current and accurate contact information. It is the customer's duty to ensure they are able to be reached.
4. If a firearm or other property remains unclaimed and storage fees accumulate to an amount equal to or greater than seventy-five percent (75%) of the fair market value of the firearm or property, or if the property is otherwise deemed abandoned under applicable law, the customer acknowledges that Delaware Tactical may pursue any and all remedies available under federal and Delaware law, including seeking judicial authorization to dispose of, sell, or otherwise recover amounts owed from the property where permitted by law.
5. The customer agrees that any proceeds lawfully obtained from the disposition of the property may first be applied toward unpaid storage fees, repair charges, transfer fees, legal expenses, court costs, and any other amounts owed to Delaware Tactical, with any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable law.

By leaving property with Delaware Tactical, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to this policy.
